We require quality apartments, flats and houses in and around Derby, Nottingham, Burton upon Trent and Ashbourne. Our focus is on quality rental accommodation for employed tenants. All of our potential employed tenants and guarantors are thoroughly referenced and our managed service comes with 12 months legal cover as standard.
With our 21 day guarantee, we will aim to increase your monthly rental value by a minimum of 5%, if we fail to do this within 21 days from the 1st day of marketing then our Set-up fees will be waived. Excludes the Vanquish Premium Service, T&C's apply.

The following chart highlights a comparison of the fees payable with two of Derby's popular High Street Agents compared with the fees charged by Vanquish Letting Services. Our fees are VAT free whereas both High Street Agents fees attract VAT.
This example represents the fees payable based on a 3 bed house which rents for £600 P.C.M. The management fees are based on 12 months of management. Both High Street Agents charge a tenancy renewal fee to both landlord and tenant after the initial term, we have included one landlord renewal fee within their fees.
Our Landlord Services and fees
Let only (tenant find) - NOW JUST £249
Our Let Only service is comprehensive in scope and includes all elements of the lettings process, all you have to do is manage the tenancy when everything is set-up and the tenant(s) are in place. We will also register the deposit with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS), we will check the tenant(s) in and prepare an inventory and schedule of condition. You will then be responsible for the ongoing management, property repairs, safety certificates (where appropriate) and property inspections.
Our fee for this service is just £249 and is deducted from the first months rent.
fully managed - £99 plus + 6% management commission
Our Fully Managed service takes care of the complete lettings process as above and includes regular property inspections, we can also arrange for EPC's, safety certificates and property repairs on your behalf with our chosen selection of trusted contractors. (Fees for certificates and repairs are at the landlord's additional expense and are deducted from the rental payments).
For additional peace of mind our comprehensive tenant referencing includes 12 months legal expenses cover, in the unlikely event that you need to regain possession of the property, legal cover is only available for professional (employed) tenants.
free Management switching service
If you currently manage your own property or portfolio or have it managed by another agent, you can switch to our Fully Managed service for free. Once the property is transferred to us, our monthly management commission charge of 6% of the monthly rent will apply.
Premium - set up fee + 6% management commission
A comprehensive Fully Managed service including a rent guarantee warranty, initial set-up fee applies. Our Premium service includes either a 6 or 12 month rent protection guarantee warranty. This will pay the rent if your tenant(s) are unable too and will also cover the legal expenses in order to regain possession of the property should this be required.
The fees for this service varies depending on the number of tenants, the monthly rent and whether a 6 or 12 month warranty is required, prices start from just £175.00, rent guarantees are renewable.
